Cancellation and Refund Policy

  •  At Swanky Diva, we take great care in delivering products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers.
  • We offer online payment transfers (Credit / Debit Card transaction) or Net Banking, we offer free shipping (above Rs.999/-) all over India.
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Sunday: 9am to 7pm. exclude public holidays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delay from our courier partner and transporters due to weather condition and strikes.
  • The approx. time of delivery is 5-10 days from your order date

    We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

  • We take great efforts to put in the details of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reason that it’s too long or too heavy, mind change, size not fit for that please check our products details and size before purchase.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should WhatsApp us a product opening video of the damaged product.
  •  You must WhatsApp us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order. WhatsApp no- (7756919454)
  • Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.
  • No exchange / No returns / No refunds is our policy.
  • We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
  • Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Swanky Diva. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
  • All returns / replacements are subject to the discretion of Swanky Diva. We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.

Conditions for return:

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under Replacement


  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  • Any product that has been washed.
  • Any product not in its original condition.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
